Chiller Pump Reservoir Systems - Model: CS

Features
Service capacity from 50 to 250 tons. Available in stainless steel or mild steel, pre-engineered skid assemblies.

Pumps
Centrifugal end-suction design. Provided in stainless steel up to 300 USgpm or cast iron for higher flows.

Motors
Totally enclosed fan cooled, close-coupled to pump.

Reservoir
Available in stainless steel or epoxy-coated mild steel with welded construction. Two baffled compartments for hot and cold plus a stilling chamber for wave elimination.

Reservoir Covers
Removable all stainless steel covers supplied in sections for ease of access.

Frame
Structural steel, heavy gauge all welded tube frame.

Piping
Suction piping include shut-off valves and in-tank mitered ends. Discharge piping include check valves, flow control/ shut-off valves and pressure gauges.

Reservoir Fittings
Overflow and valved drain connections as well as low level switches or make-up assemblies complete with shut-off valves.

Insulation
Closed cell foam insulation covers the reservoir, suction and discharge piping.

Electrical
NEMA 12 control panel, factory wired. 120 volt single phase control circuit. NEMA 4 operating and fail lights. All components are UL or CSA approved. Single point electrical connection. Standard 460 / 575 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz.

Options
Filtration and water treatment systems. Stand-by pump arrangements. Alarm systems with retainable memory for low flow, low pressure and high temperature. PLC for control of multiple chillers. Engineered reservoirs of varying sizes for custom demands.
