General Project Considerations:
- Spot welding control.
- Too warm and tip life expectancy shortens - costs go up.
- Too cool and condensation affects welding - production slows down.
- Unclean water scales tips, requires cooler water (not always possible to make water cooler).
- Fluctuating water pressures starves tips at remote plant positions.
- CIMCO System:
- constant "temperate" supply water temperature
- temperature does not change during the day, month to month consistency
- constant water pressure maintains flow balance to multiple tips at remote points in the plantv
- clean water through a closed and pressurized system (no contact with air/oxygen)
