Maintenance

At CIMCO Refrigeration we know the importance of regular maintenance and have been providing service programs to meet our customers’ needs since 1913. Equipment that has not been maintained increases costs due to decreased operating efficiency and unexpected breakdowns. Many large problems could easily be avoided with simple, regular maintenance. When conditions such as loose belts, dirty filters, dirty condensers or dirty evaporators are not corrected, then expensive problems such as compressor failure are likely to occur. Heating equipment that is not operating correctly will increase fuel consumption and can cause overheating and cracked heat exchangers. The most dangerous condition is when a cracked heat exchanger goes unnoticed allowing carbon monoxide to leak into the building, which can then potentially result in a death.

CIMCO Refrigeration has a range of maintenance programs that can be tailored to fit your needs. Our Scheduled Maintenance Program is by far the best in the business. Our service technicians will perform a complete check of your equipment and ensure that your equipment is operating correctly. Equipment that is properly maintained will save you money by reducing your hydro and fuel consumption, and preventing premature failure of compressors, heat exchangers, blower motors, bearings and pulleys.
