Josh Bell is Vice President for Ontario & Western Canada at CIMCO and a true lifer in refrigeration, with over two decades of hands-on experience in the field. Starting his career on the tools, Josh has worked through construction and service roles, helping shape technician training programs, safety best practices, and innovations like CIMCO's patented Smart Transfer system. A Red Seal mechanic at heart, he's known for keeping things practical and grounded in real-world experience. Outside of work, you'll likely find him on the water fishing, around boats, or working on anything that involves tools, because if it can be built, fixed, or improved, he's all in.
